– We cast exclusively in zinc, and this summer our plant will expand to include one more robot for the removal of parts, Foundry Director Fredrik Fransson explains.

 

In connection with the foundry the items also undergo follow-up work in the form of vibratory deburring or sand blasting. The particular method is determined by whether the item will be coated or chromed further on.

 

– The company also houses a Tools Department that services and repairs our casting instruments. It’s a valuable competence to have access to, which of course also benefits our customers, Fransson concludes.
