With itoolsconcepts we simplify life for our customersIt was almost a year ago that the Industrilås itoolconcepts division was formed and launched. Interest in the unit has been great since the inception, and several exciting projects have been handled here during the past year. Branch Coordinator Mattias Lyckare explains that itoolconcepts basically consists of two branches: – We coordinate tooling projects for our customers and help them acquire moulds that fit into their production. We deal with tools of good value from for instance China. It’s about tools with European quality standards. Thanks to solid, reliable connections and an understanding of the culture we’re working with we can ensure the handling even in the second and third tier, and even guarantee access to quality spare parts. This means that the customer gets the advantages of good tools at good prices while we at Industrilås vouch for continuity and safety.
The second branch of itoolconcepts is about a service for customers who themselves may have adequate machines for three of the four products they are about to produce. Upon request itoolconcepts can then if need be assume production of the remaining parts. Here it’s a matter of coming up with the proper tools and delivering the desired volume.
– After we’ve developed a new tool on behalf of a customer we are frequently asked to run the first production series, in order for an item to quickly reach those who commissioned the work, says Lyckare and concludes:
