– We exhibited at Elmia Subcontractor with sales people as well as designers. It’s a good model for our customers, other visitors and ourselves. It offers the opportunity for a straight dialogue. It’s good when ideas and questions can be pitched back and forth to straighten out anything that’s unclear. We all benefit from that.
Susanne Bergström, Trade Show Director at Industrilås, is pleased with this year’s expo for subcontractors at Elmia. The attendance was good and positive contacts were made.
– Everything ran smoothly. That’s nice. This year we could again serve our customers by shipping our product catalogue to their offices. We do this by registering everyone who’s interested. They avoid carrying around heavy material, and the catalogue is waiting on their desk the next day. It was very appreciated last year, so we reprised it upon popular demand, explains Bergström.
